Curtis McGee is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he really cares about your results. As a former fitness competitor, I went into VIP Fitness burnt out & 20 lbs heavier from taking an entire summer off to spend with my 4 kids. I was completely unconditioned & unmotivated.
